Returns & Refund Policy

Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order before it has been prepared or shipped. If the order has not yet entered processing, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition received, and kept in the original packaging.

Purchase Proof

To process your request, please provide your order number, order confirmation email, or payment receipt.

Return Approval

All returns must be approved before being sent back. Please contact us first so we can review your request and provide the correct return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping if the return is due to personal reasons, including selecting the wrong item or changing their mind.

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will inform you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are usually completed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method.

No Restocking Fee

We do not charge restocking fees.

Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared, please check with your bank or card issuer first. If the issue remains, contact our support team.
