Processing Time
Orders are usually prepared within 5 business days after successful payment. After shipping, delivery normally takes 10–20 business days, depending on your country, the carrier, and local delivery services.

Tracking Your Order

Changing Your Address
Address changes must be requested before 11:00 PM (PDT) on the same day the order is placed. After this deadline, the order may already be processing and changes may not be possible.

Order Fulfillment
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends usually begin processing on the next business day. Items may ship from Hong Kong or international fulfillment centers.
